16-page spread on The Visual Story, a visual reference catalog published by Greg Foley for Visionaire. The story is entitled “7 Minutes of Madness” and it’s inspired by past Visionaire issue concepts “Decades”, “Self-Portrait” and “Cards”.

Choosing the 80s as the dominant decade to support the story, we used different design techniques to create a unique editorial collage of various aspects of culture, politics, music, heritage, and typography. The story is inspired by Eric B. & Rakim’s “Paid in Full – 7 Minutes of Madness”, which provided the soundtrack for the visual essay and inspired the creative direction.
